Blue Man Group Show....looking back...

Well, I told myself I was going to try to just blog about current things in my life. I know if I start trying to go backwards, I'll never catch up or keep up with all the great things that go on around here every day! I could not resist some of these great memories....so before the year is over, I want to share some great highlights!Dancing in Las Vegas with Blue man Group!
Cade...speechless, and the blue man said nothing.

They are very curious!

We will just say, if you haven't seen this show, there is an unexpected ending!

It took us a while to dig out! We were laughing so hard. We really had to dig to find everyone.

We were in the front row, wearing plastic, we were covered in paint and other STUFF . This TP started in the back of the room and all ended up in the, yes you guessed it,
FRONT ROW!

This was such a great memory. It was a spur of the moment decision to take the whole family to a National weight lifting competition that Buddy qualified for. We surprised the kids with this Vegas show - not because we are big fans of Blue Man - but because there are not too many shows you can take all your kids to in Vegas. We came home big FANS!

It was LOUD, it was FUNNY, it was CRAZY, it was STICKY, there was TALENT , CREATIVITY, SHOWMANSHIP, MUSIC, a lot of BEATING DRUMS, and most of all and best of all,
FAMILY!

You have to live for the MEMORIES!

This is our latest picture of the family. It was taken at Bailey's Wedding in June. I guess it still wouldn't hurt to have another one done before Buddy leaves on his mission. Everyone keeps growing so fast I can hardly keep up!

Family PIC

This is an older Family Picture. This was taken in 2007 I believe. This was taken in Pinedale,AZ at the Pearce family reunion. I am looking for an updated one.

Meet GooBurr

This is GooBurr the clown. Here he is at a family reunion with a bunch of other clowns, I mean kids.

World clocks

I have posted two clocks on my blog. One for Arizona time and one for Italy. Buddy Koozer, soon to be Elder Koozer has received his mission call to Rome, Italy and will leave on April 1, 2009. This is mine and Hal's 21st anniversary(no joke).

"Be thou an example of the believers...

"Be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation,in charity, in spirit, in faith, and in purity." 1 Timothy 4:12

I'm one of the leader's in the Young Women's organization in our Ward. With the new year just around the corner, I've been busy getting some binders put together for the girls. I want them to be ready to plan out their new year and make new goals to work on for 2009. The picture on the front of the binder is one I actually took myself here in Phoenix. I was at a football game (of course) for Cade when he played for the CRUSH. This picture does not do it justice, but I wrote the theme for 2009 on it, and made copies for all the binders.

Thanksgiving 2008

Here is Marc without Jolene. (I knew I should have been taking the pictures instead of Emmett.) Marc and Jolene George are our brand new Maricopa friends. We love them and have a lot in common. We could not believe it when we figured out that they had been great friends with My sister Carrie and her family for years when they lived in Mesa. They came by to see us and their old friends the Merrill's.
Melissa and her daughter (from Hal's squad)

Thanksgiving 2008 was full of FOOD, FAMILY, AND FUN!! All the Mann Family, and a few new Maricopa friends, Melissa and her daughter and Jolene and Marc George, had a wonderful time eating, playing, visiting, and of course singing, Wednesday night at our dinner party. Several cousins and friends spent the night and were here for the fun on Thursday as well.

YES - good one Cade!

"Hey, I'm open!"

"Mom, they won't let us play!"

Can't touch this!

Are the teams even?

Thursday Morning those who stayed the night, got up early for the 1st Annual Cop Turkey Trot and canned food drive. Well my boys went -signed in -walked around the block to go to the football game they had planned.

Yes, this was the kind of company we kept all night!

Mom holding newest Grandaughter - Blakley.

These two have way too much fun!

Of course, the men in front of the boob tube! It kept them out of the kitchen for a while.

Our lady pool sharks.

The video game/band room. We had a little bit of EVERYTHING going on - all at the same time of course!

K5

This is just a silly clip of some home movies of K5 and the stage we built them at our home in Mesa. They have all worked very hard to create the K5. They have even made a CD that we gave out last year for Christmas gifts.
This is Jesse Brooks Koozer. She passed away December 26,1999. She was Seven going on 17. She has Spina bifida and made it through 43 major surgeries in her short life. She rode around in this little red wheel chair and loved life. We sure miss her especially around Christmas time.

I do have this beautiful daughter. Bailey just got married in June 2008 to Wills Jolley. Bailey sings and plays the Bass guitar in our Family Band K5. She works for the ASU police department in records and also attends ASU. She wants to be a writter. Wills is a wonderful guy who also sings and plays the piano. He is 6 foot 7 and play ice hockey -TRUE- He is attending ASU as well. We love how he takes care of our Bailey.

Cade and Dane are trying to show their Grandma that they feel left out, and she needs to keep painting!

When I say fun and full of energy, I really mean it. Here are just a few things these boys like to do...

These are my four boys. Buddy, Cade, Dane, and Emmett. They are fun and full of energy. This is a picture of them at Box Canyon last year when they went hiking and cliff jumping.

My December "NEW YEARS RESOLUTION"

I have spent the last month reading all my friends blogs. I have done a terrible job keeping a journal over the past several years. I have looked back on my journal pages and they usually have one entry in January with the resolution of keeping up with my journal. I have wanted to use all the pictures I love to take and keep a history of this KOOZER KLAN! So now I begin to blog.
